Passport to Broadway!
Come along to the Vivace Theatre School (VTS) annual Summer School and earn your Passport to Broadway! With the support and guidance of our professional tutors you will learn fantastic scenes and routines from top shows such as Wicked, Annie, Hairspray, Oliver, Grease and many more. You’ll act, sing, dance, meet new friends and put on a fantastic show, all in just 5 days!
Rehearsals will take place in the VTS studios at Templeton on the Green from 27th-31st July. This intensive fun packed course concludes with an outdoor performance of Passport to Broadway! for friends and family on Glasgow Green.
Structure
You will have four classes each day – two acting classes, a singing class and a dance class. You will work on performance pieces from Monday through to Thursday. Friday morning is a technical rehearsal Friday afternoon is the performance. If the weather is not suitable for an outdoor performance we will move inside to our 80 seat studio theatre.
Classes begin at 10.00am and finish at 4.30pm. Students can be dropped off from 8.30am onwards.
