Toonspeak Volunteer Project
Toonspeak has been running empowering drama and theatre projects in North Glasgow for 22 years.
Are you interested in volunteering at Toonspeak?
If you are aged 16 or over and have a spare evening or two, this FREE project could be for you!
The course runs for 5 monday nights and then a one-to-one session to develop your personal volunteering plan.
Taking place at Toonspeak, Millburn Centre, Royston.Places are limited and priority goes to people living in the North Glasgow area, but anyone can apply
The new project will give people the opportunity to:
- Help a local project make a difference to young people’s lives
- Gain skills in drama and running workshops with young people
- Gain transferable skills such as increased communication and negotiation
The 5 training sessions will be tailored to the individuals who sign up, covering theatre and drama techniques, first aid, child protection and much more.
