1st or 2nd October 2009, 10.30am to 4.30pm
Following the success of our first SKILL UP Xtra Workshop Day with Professor Jonothan Neelands held earlier this year Promote YT are delighted to be able to host a return of Frantic Assembly to Scotland for the second round of workshop days as part of our SKILL UP Xtra programme.
Facilitated by Frantic Assembly’s Creative Associate - Neil Bettles this day aims to explore in detail the processes used to create Frantic Assembly’s award winning shows through developing key skills crucial to the performer / director. Through finding ways of creating choreography the workshop day will look to build participants physical confidence to explore how they can put alternative approaches on trusted delivery techniques with young people.
Whether you are looking to expand on the work explored by Neil over the March SKILL UP weekend or wishing to experience Frantic’s dynamic delivery for the very first time, this active SKILL UP Xtra workshop day is an essential opportunity for anyone engaging in the delivery of drama with young people.
