“Overall, I have gained the confidence, skills and knowledge I was hoping to achieve from the scheme and will use the experience in my future career. I can use this experience to be more adventurous and ambitious when devising and directing work with young people and trust my instincts and ability. The scheme was a contributing factor in securing a job at The Dundee Rep Theatre Creative Learning Team. I have really enjoyed the experience and the mentors were great in supporting and developing me throughout. I would highly recommend the traineeship to others.”

“I came to the Youth Theatre knowing this was an area in which I wanted to be involved in and ready to learn. I left feeling like a fully qualified facilitator ready to tackle any age group and know the best means in which to help them learn. I was involved in projects both in and outwith the theatre and the experience I gained was beyond anything I could have hoped for.”
