DISCLOSURE UPDATE
Promote YT recently secured a meeting alongside Lorne Boswell from Equity Scotland with a representative of Disclosure Scotland to discuss the forthcoming introduction of The Protecting Vulnerable Groups Scheme.
The membership scheme, due to go live towards the end of 2010, aims to improve upon the current disclosure arrangements for people who work with vulnerable groups.
Although we are not able to confirm specific information at this time, please do contact us with any queries or refer to the current leaflet published by the Scottish Government, which provides a good overview of the plans.
